The full cycle of normal breathing is 2-4 seconds, of which only 0.5 seconds is the effective inhalation time. Traditional oxygen generators are continuously supplied, which means that most of the time, the oxygen produced by the oxygen generator is not used efficiently. This background begs the question: How can the oxygen produced by oxygen generators be used more efficiently, especially when a person does not need to inhale it?

In order to solve this problem, we proposed an idea: using technology to transform the existing 3L oxygen generator into an equivalent 5L machine. This means that in the same time, the oxygen generator can produce more effective oxygen, thereby improving the efficiency of oxygen utilization.

Under this idea, the OCS-3FS ultrasonic oxygen sensor was developed. This sensor can not only detect the oxygen concentration and single oxygen supply of the portable oxygen generator, but also control the closing of the valve. In addition, it can also measure the concentration and flow rate of the PSA oxygen generator. This means that the OCS-3FS ultrasonic oxygen sensor has a wide range of applications and can be adapted to different types of oxygen generators.

On the oxygen generator, the OCS-3FS ultrasonic oxygen sensor works as follows: When entering the inspection cycle, the solenoid valve is connected to the air chamber 2 for breath detection. If the respiratory flow rate is detected to be greater than the set threshold, the solenoid valve is connected to the reservoir for venting. At the same time, gas chamber 1 can measure concentration, flow rate and single vent volume. In addition, the OCS-3FS has a mode switching function that allows for direct gas supply and measurement of concentration and flow when chamber 1 is connected to the reservoir.

The advantage of this product is its breath detection and control function. By monitoring respiratory flow and oxygen concentration in real time, the OCS-3FS ensures that enough oxygen is provided when it is needed and that the supply is turned off when it is not needed, thus avoiding waste. In addition, through TTL serial transmission data and LED interface indication, users can easily obtain the status information of the oxygen generator and monitor it.
